Returns, Refunds, or Replacements on Prepaid Orders
• Order cancellation or refund is allowed before dispatch only if the order is not dispatched within 5 working days.
• If you cancel your order before it is shipped, the refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method. It may take up to 15 days for the payment to reflect in your account.
• All exchange and replacement requests are subject to approval and stock availability.
